Frankenstein Poster Auctions for Scary Price of $358,500

A 1931 Frankenstein movie poster auctioned for the world record price of $358,500. It was sold at a Heritage auction on March 28. The three sheet poster, 78 1/2 inches tall by 41 inches wide, was found in the projection booth of an abandoned movie theater in the 1970s by a boy who had worked there. The poster has been restored and framed.
